Andrew Kweder
Andrew Kweder holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University’s top-ranked program at The O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. His interdisciplinary expertise in environmental policy and management, communication and public advocacy, and economic and statistical analysis equips him to tackle the complex, intersectional challenges of today’s world. Through his academic research and professional experiences, Andrew has honed analytical approaches to addressing historical injustices and advancing equitable solutions. As an Advisor with SolPods, he applies this expertise to further the organization’s mission of inspiring change and connecting future sustainability leaders across the globe.

Mi Yeon Kim
Mi Yeon Kim is a dual MBA & MPP master's student at Columbia University passionate about environmental conservation. Most recently, she worked at M2X Energy Inc., a climate tech startup backed by Breakthrough Energy Ventures, converting methane to low-carbon chemicals for sustainable applications. During her time at SolPods, Mi Yeon supported the SolPods Trust & Safety frameworks, including community guidelines, terms of service, and privacy policy.

Anthea Weiland
Anthea Weiland is an international student from Germany and senior at Menlo College, where she is pursuing a double major in Finance and International Business. In 2023, she joined the board of the Business and Environment Club at Menlo College. Her passion for sustainable business led her to SolPods, where she interned from January through August 2024. During her time with SolPods, Anthea piloted the first Mentor Meet-Up and co-organized the first CFA Institute ESG Integration Webinar designed for college students. Currently, Anthea is a full time intern with AFRY Management Consulting in Germany where she focuses on sustainability and renewables within the energy division. Anthea continues to support SolPods by providing strategic advice on sustainability content of interest to aspiring young professionals.

Leila Abumeri
Leila Abumeri is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley, where she is pursuing a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy. During an internship in finance, Leila found SolPods through a mentor that was aware of her passion for sustainable business. During her time at SolPods, she joined as a grant writer volunteer in 2024. After her upcoming graduation this spring, Leila will pursue her career in finance, striving to bridge sustainability needs with market demands. She is particularly passionate about considering how sustainable investing and sustainable business practices can positively impact global supply chains. Currently, Leila is focused on completing her last semester at Berkeley, but she strives to support SolPods in their efforts to educate future change-makers.
